The IPMAT 2026 syllabus comes from the topics students already study in Classes 10, 11, and 12, so it feels familiar and easier to start with. The exam mainly checks skills in Quantitative Ability and Verbal Ability, while the Indian Institute of Management Rohtak also adds Logical Reasoning to its test.

Applying for IPMAT 2026 is done online only. The form usually starts around February and stays open until March. A short correction time comes in April, and during this time, students can check their form and correct mistakes.
Clearing IPMAT is only the first step. After the exam, students who score well get called for a Personal Interview, where their speaking skills, confidence, and background are checked.
Then the institute makes a final merit list using the test score, interview performance, and sometimes past marks. Students on this list get admission offers, and after document checking and fee payment, their seat in the program is confirmed.
